Integral Protection: The Power of Internal Galvanic
Our strength is direct process control.
Thanks to our latest-generation internal galvanic plant, we manage the nickel-plating of copper, guaranteeing a uniform, high-quality, and perfectly adherent deposit, fundamental for the subsequent drawing phases.
We produce wires with nickel percentages of 2%, 3%, and 4%, compliant with the international standard ASTM B355. Unlike chemical coatings, our electrolytic galvanic process deposits pure Nickel free of phosphorus. This guarantees superior resistance to high temperatures (without embrittlement) and optimal electrical conductivity, making our wires perfect for critical applications such as aerospace and automotive cabling.
Key Applications: Ideal for the production of high-temperature cables, resistors, fuses, automotive components, and connections in corrosive environments.

Pure Conductivity and Immediate Solderability
For applications where signal loss is not permitted, we propose our silver-plated copper wires.
Starting from selected high-quality semi-finished products, we perform precision drawing and annealing on materials with standard silver deposits of 0,7 g/kg and 1,4 g/kg.
The combination of copper’s ductility and silver’s surface conductivity makes this wire the primary choice for high-frequency transmissions (thanks to the skin effect) and for processes requiring excellent and rapid solderability.

From standard diameter to capillary 0,10 mm
The quality of a coated conductor is seen when going down to fine details. Our drawing technology ensures that, by reducing the diameter, the Nickel or Silver layer remains intact and proportionate, without flaking.
We cover a range going from medium diameters down to 0,10 mm, guaranteeing:
- Tight tolerances for perfect insertion into winding or insulating machinery.
- Controlled elongation to avoid breaks during processing, even at high speeds.
- Bright and clean surfaces free of lubrication residues, ready for insulation or bare use.
