With a line dedicated to fine wire drawing, we guarantee tight tolerances indispensable for the automatic feeding of brush machinery.
Our control of the drawing process allows us to manage the final diameter and the crystalline structure of the metal alloys with extreme precision, ranging from medium sizes of 0,50 mm to 0,30 mm down to ultra-fine diameters of 0,08 mm. This range is designed to transversely cover the needs of fine deburring, goldsmith polishing, and technical treatments.
The personalized management of tensile strength is the added value of our production: we can modulate the toughness of the wire based on the final application, ensuring that the filament does not break during processing and maintains the required elasticity on the finished piece.
